Disney's Dive Quest

One of my family 's highlights recent trip to Disney was to participate in Disney's Dive Quest. The tour departs at Living Seas at Disney's Epcot. What a trip! We came on our tour time (around 4:30 Clock) outside the main entrance to Epcot, near the blue shield, where our instructors met.

A look behind the scenes tour of the Living Seas with a history of the first plant. Classroom time was a video and data on safety and rules. The staff was moreas polite and answered all questions thoroughly. We had to show our cards appear (necessary) and enter the basic information that is fitted outside our dive. All devices with the exception of a mask / snorkel, if not surprising, Disney requires that you contribute to their approved gear, so that each is similar.

For the beginning of the dive you to stay with the lecturers and they bring you around the different areas of photo shoot. The dive is recorded on video, and you have the option to purchase them on theEnd. We had made our first picture with the family (they were on the other side of the very thick "plastic"). Then we went into an air tank under the water, where we left off our masks, wave to the camera and can take say, hello. The last photo opportunity was when we went through the rock structure in the tank.

The Living Seas has 8000 species of life under water and was truly the most diverse population that I have ever seen on a dive. There were 4 giant turtles bigger than me,numerous sharks and tropical fish. During the dive, you are not allowed to touch the wild life (including the coral, which is wrong), but the turtle has a brush by me. Very cool. I thought I was a little more nervous with the sharks, but they were not very close, and once or twice I have only swam away from them. That was really the dive for a lifetime. The dive lasted 45 minutes (15-20) with the instructor. The entire tour is 2 1 / 2 to 3 hours.

After the dive, wethe well-stocked cupboard back room. They offer everything, including towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, hair dryer, etc. Everything you might need before and after. Women receive for their special relationship, the hair, it will not injure the animals, if an elastic comes during the dive. Nothing is rushed.

When we returned to school, we got Divequest Disney T-shirts, pins, and shows the footage from the dive. Of course, we have bought it (it was around $ 20 or $ 30). ThereDrinks were provided, including tea / coffee / soda / water.

The dive will cost $ 140.00 and you do not need to admission to Epcot for the day have the dive. So, if you had one days passed in the hotel / pool, and then save the Divequest one days, you might increase once you are done because they do not escort you out of the park (although) there about 6:30 Clock. The adult diving certification card (NAUI / PADI) is required and ask for driver's license or another government issued photo ID. You mustat least 12 years old to be in The Living Seas, and my little one already has their interest to dive.
